Postage

All orders placed before 12pm (GMT) on a business day we aim to ship on the same day, providing stock availability is confirmed. Orders placed after 12pm will be shipped the following business day. All deliveries are shipped using a tracked service and are traceable on request.

Business days are Monday - Friday, excluding public holidays.

Postage Rates / Free Shipping

• UK - A flat rate of £5 is charged for orders / Free shipping on all orders over £75. Allow 1-3 working days.
• Europe - A flat rate of £12 is charged for orders / Free shipping on all orders over £150. Allow 3-7 working days.
• Everywhere Else - A flat rate of £15 is charged for orders / Free shipping on all orders over £250. Allow 5-10 working days.

* The above rates exclude large bulky items and wholesale orders. These rates will be quoted individually on checkout.

Duty / Import Taxes

For all EU / International orders, please note that any duty and taxes incurred in the country of destination are the responsibility of the customer. Sorry, but this is out of our hands. Brexit is to blame.
