DELIVERY INFORMATION
We aim to dispatch orders placed before 12pm (GMT) on a business day on the same day, providing stock availability is confirmed. Orders placed after 12pm will be shipped the following business day. All deliveries are shipped using a tracked service.
Business days are Monday - Friday, excluding public holidays.
UK: £6 or free on orders over £75. Allow 1-3 days for delivery.
EU: £15 or free on orders over £150. Allow 3-7 working days for delivery.
USA: £25 or free shipping on orders over £250. Allow 10-14 working days for delivery.
Rest Of World: £25 or free on orders over £250. Allow 5-10 working days for delivery.
Returns & Exchanges
All our Wedgie doorstops are individually painted by hand, meaning that each one is compactly unique and no two are the same. Please expect some slight variation in colour, design and form.
With the above in mind we do offer a hassle free 28 day returns policy on all full price items and 14 days on sale items. If you have any questions about our products please get in touch via the Contact Us page and we will be happy to assist you.
Products must be returned in their original condition, with packaging, and all tickets and tags still attached. We will issue a full refund minus the original shipping charges.
OUR PRODUCTION PROCESS
Wedgie is proud to be part of an incentive scheme based in Sri Lanka aimed at the empowerment of men and women based in rural areas of the country. Unpainted doorstops are delivered directly to employees’ houses, along with paints, brushes and tools. Once painted and completed, the Wedgies are paid for on collection. This allows people in rural communities the convenience of earning an income whilst going about their daily routines.
Each Wedgie doorstop is hand stamped with a Wedgie logo and comes with a character description sticker attached to the back.
